Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

  • Sharing personal data with our service providers who provide services or functions on our behalf on the condition that they are permitted to use that information solely in accordance with our instructions to provide requested services. Without limiting the geniality of the aforesaid, we may use a service provider to manage our email, push notification and mobile messages transmission.
  • Sharing personal data with our affiliates. These mean companies within the Amenity group and including subsidiaries, with the express provision that their use of your personal data will comply with this Notice.
  • Sharing personal data with our business partners, but only to the extent you have purchased or expressed an interest in a product or service of such business partner or interacted with or otherwise authorized the sharing of your personal data with such business partner.

We offer certain “share”, “social media” or “refer a friend” functionality on our website. Storage in Marketing and Customer Relationship Software Applications

Regardless of your consent to be contacted for direct marketing purposes, your personally identifiable data will be held in our marketing automation software (Pardot) and customer relationship management software (SalesForce, Zendesk and Mandrill) for the purposes outlined above, and to properly track compliance, such as previous consent or opt-ins, as well as your company’s relationship history with us.

Security

We have implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures that are designed to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing and unauthorized or accidental loss, destruction or damage to your personal data on its servers.
